HOW DOES THE OEM AND ODM MANUFACTURING PROCESS WORK?
Tests are conducted to make sure microbial level meets the required standards, ensure preservatives are effective during product shelf-life.
To ensure the best quality, we conduct tests on packages to detect problems such as leakage. Normally our QA Department will spend 48 hours on the test. Volume is also checked to assure enough formula liquid is filled to match with that stated on the labels.
We will help customers to provide the formula samples to third parties for tests if necessary. Grooming products are tested to make sure they are safe for all skin types and will not cause any skin irritations.
Our R&D department will conduct stability tests to observe if the product consistency changes over time, including changes in ingredient separation, colors, pH and viscosity, degradation of preservatives or active ingredients. This is to make sure the product is good for production. The consistency of the test results is also to ensure the shelf-life of finished products.
